It may be a particular traffic light,building or even a time of day- just trivial images of daily life in Brisbane. But quite often these mundane images evoke memories or emotions that are far from trivial. I am exploring the power of familiarity to conjure memories that are stored up from our past. Being the 10th exhibition at Doggett St Studios , I am trying to re-trace my steps and find out how I got from A to B as an artist and as an individual.
